NON-EMERGENCY
MEDICAL TRANSPORTS
This service is intended for the
medically ill patient that requires transport by ambulance to a
doctor's office.
A medical necessity form is to be
filled out by the patient's doctor that documents the requirement
for ambulance transport.
If you need to arrange a
non-emergency transport please call the number below at least two
(2) days prior so that we can arrange to have a crew and truck
available.
